QuizCrunch was built by people who've run floors, trained teams, and watched good service slip because nobody could see the knowledge gaps until it was too late.

Hospitality runs on knowledge that lives in people's heads, the allergens in a dish, the story behind a wine, the right step when a guest sends a plate back. Train it once and it fades. Test it the old way and it feels like punishment.

We kept hitting the same wall: training happened, nods were given, and then someone froze in front of a guest. There was no honest way to know who was actually ready before the doors opened.

So we built the tool we wished we'd had, daily, bite-size checks that make knowledge stick and give managers a clear picture of readiness. No guesswork. No blanket re-training. Just confidence, served daily.
